Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1 year or more related experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and coordinate with Network Carriers.
• Update RTBS and coordinate scheduling with carriers.
• Process RAs and related documentation across locations.
• Manage Open RA reports and ensure timely invoicing.
• Validate dates in iDirect and support operations scheduling.
• Assist supervisor with returns and act as back-up for phone/email.
