Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage network carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, and support on-time delivery and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year related experience required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report and coordinate with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations and related tasks for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and verify delivery with POD or follow-up with customer.
