Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Network Carrier Coordinator to manage 4th party Carrier relationships and ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, accurate billing, and high customer satisfaction.

The role supports operations by handling RA processes, order research, and coordination with carriers. It is an on-site position with full benefits and an hourly pay range of $18–$20.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; coordinate with Network Carriers to schedule orders.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and clarifications for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report to confirm delivery and update invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
