Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to support our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role focuses on coordinating 4th party carrier relationships, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing while driving customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have an operations/ logistics background, strong organizational and communication skills, and at least 1 year of related experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and coordinate with network carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS and schedule with carriers.
• Process return authorizations and related RA work across locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly and review orders on the Over 50 report.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks and serve as backup.
