The role supports inbound truck scheduling, order research, RA processing, and carrier invoicing responses. The position emphasizes strong organization, procedural adherence, and communication with carriers and internal teams to maintain timely deliveries and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; coordinate with Carriers to schedule.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report to confirm delivery or obtain POD.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
