Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role focuses on managing 4th party carrier relationships, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling RA processes, scheduling with network carriers, and supporting the Operations Supervisor. Eligible benefits and an hourly pay rate reflect our comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update RTBS report; work with Network Carriers to schedule orders.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related statuses for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report; obtain POD or survey customer for delivery; update invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
