Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with network carriers and managing carrier relationships.
• Ability to handle Return Authorizations (RAs) and related documentation in a logistics environment.
• Familiarity with carrier invoicing and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on the RTBS report and coordinate with Network Carriers to schedule deliveries.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related RA documents for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Research orders on the 'Over 50' report to obtain POD or follow up with customers and update systems for invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
