Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on managing 4th party relationships with network carriers to ensure SOP compliance, on-time delivery, accurate billing, and high customer satisfaction.

Key duties include scheduling with carriers, handling RAs, researching orders on reports, and supporting the Operations Supervisor with logistics tasks. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 1+ year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Experience in logistics/transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and forward to Network Carriers.
• Update and research orders on RTBS; coordinate with Carriers for scheduling.
• Process and track Return Authorizations (RAs) and clarifications.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Investigate orders on the 50-day delivery report; obtain PODs or follow up with customers.
• Respond to invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
