Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Wisconsin is hiring an Operations Support Coordinator to streamline warehouse floor operations and coordinate all inbound/outbound trucks. You’ll ensure proper documentation and act as the primary contact for drivers and carriers.

The role supports waving and documenting orders, maintains reports, and collaborates with warehouse leads. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 6 months in customer service or clerical work, and familiarity with WMS and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, client-facing, or clerical role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or light industrial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and communicate truck schedules.
• Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and shipment documentation.
• Serve as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Generate reports and maintain records for operations.
• Support wave ordering, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Assist warehouse leads and operations teams.
