Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to deliver high-quality client experiences and act as the liaison between clients and our operations. The role requires building strong relationships, addressing questions, and providing timely status updates across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have at least six months in customer service, know how to navigate a warehouse setting, and are proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client’s business.
• Build rapport with partners and manage expectations, providing clear status updates.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress on client requests and enhancements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
• Maintain service reports shared with the client to provide visibility into volumes and SLAs.
• Participate in client meetings as needed and communicate project details to operations.
• Support new client implementations and enhancements as required.
