Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services seeks an Operations Support Coordinator to assist on the warehouse floor, coordinating trucks and ensuring proper documentation.

You will act as the primary contact for drivers and carriers, support wave orders and returns, and generate required reports to keep the operation running smoothly. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Six months or more in customer service or clerical role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using TMS.
• Communicate with drivers and clients professionally.
• Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Serve as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek staff.
• Prepare and retain operation reports.
• Assist warehouse leads and teams.
• Handle returns and order documentation.
• Check in carriers for appointments.
