Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to streamline warehouse floor operations and coordinate all inbound/outbound trucks with proper documentation.

You will serve as the primary contact for drivers, manage shipments in TMS, and support waves, returns, and order documentation while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. The role requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, clerical, or similar roles a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain proper documentation.
• Act as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel with professionalism.
• Communicate with carrier dispatch and clients’ drivers in writing and verbally.
