Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Six months+ experience in customer service or clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carrier dispatch and clients’ drivers professionally.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments in TMS.
• Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs).
• Liaise between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel on issues.
• Research solutions for driver issues or questions.
• Assist warehouse leads and operations teams.
• Generate and retain required reporting for operations.
• Wave orders, document returns and exchanges.
• Check in carriers for appointments.
• Verify receiving quality and timing of shipments.
• Answer phones and route inquiries.
• Order packaging and general warehouse supplies.
• Print labels for operations use.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
