Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to help manage our warehouse floor operations. You will coordinate trucks, prepare documentation, and serve as the primary contact for drivers and carriers.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy in records, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation systems. You will work Friday to Sunday early mornings and support the team with timely, safe freight handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six months or more in a customer service, clerical, or similar role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation documentation and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and schedule truck movements.
• Manage Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and associated documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison between drivers, carriers, and Saddle Creek staff.
• Wave orders, document returns, and assist with reporting.
• Assist warehouse leads and ensure accuracy of receiving process.
• Answer phones and support ordering of packaging and supplies.
