Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Georgia is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and carriers.

You will support waving and documenting orders, maintain bills of lading, schedule with the TMS, and assist warehouse leads while contributing to reporting and daily operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six months in customer service, client-facing, or clerical role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or light industrial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and schedule truck arrivals.
• Serve as primary liaison between drivers, carriers, and Saddle Creek staff.
• Manage Bills of Lading and documentation accuracy.
• Wave orders and document returns as needed by operations.
• Generate and retain operational reports for management.
• Assist warehouse leads and support daily logistics tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients and drivers in writing and verbally.
