Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Operations Support Coordinator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am). This role coordinates all inbound/outbound trucks, communicates with drivers, and prepares documentation.

You will support waving orders, returns, and ensure accurate reporting for operations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with some experience in a warehouse or clerical setting and familiarity with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Six months in customer service or clerical role preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with carrier dispatch and drivers.
• Schedule shipments in TMS and manage BOLs.
• Assist warehouse leads and generate reports.
• Answer phones and order supplies.
