SPS North America, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate in West Columbia, SC. The role focuses on logistics and mail services, handling inbound/outbound mail, shipping, inventory, and day-to-day mailroom operations with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining secure and efficient mailroom operations in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute inbound mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Manage outgoing mail, shipping transactions, and package preparation for delivery.
• Scan, log, and track shipments using designated tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities; handle packages and materials properly.
• Identify and resolve routine shipping, receiving and delivery discrepancies.
