Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute inbound mail and packages accurately.
• Manage outgoing mail, shipping transactions, and package preparation.
• Scan, log, and track shipments using designated systems.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and inventory items for shipment.
• Monitor shipping materials inventory and replenish as needed.
• Notify employees of deliveries and ensure timely distribution.
• Serve as primary contact for mail, packages, and shipments inquiries.
• Organize a clean, secure mailroom and logistics workspace.
• Identify and resolve routine shipping, receiving, and delivery discrepancies.
• Support daily logistics operations while upholding service standards.
