Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience building, deploying and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, printers, software, and IP networks within an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Experience supporting Mac iOS and Linux environments is preferred.
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE are a plus.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment is beneficial.
• Comfortable with mission critical systems and urgent timelines.
• Ability to work independently while handling interruptions.
• Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on site inventory and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Procure, configure and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop, printers, and large multifunction printers.
• Configure non-traditional network attached devices and interface with SpaceX infrastructure.
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to SpaceX employees.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, in person and remotely.
• Develop new workflows and solutions with IT engineering groups.
• Network support and troubleshooting, including VLAN configuration.
• Write instructional documentation and explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical users.
