Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a HUB Area Manager for Logan Township, NJ. This onsite role oversees sort activities, leads a team, and drives improvements within the operation. You will manage daily goals, safety priorities, and performance across the assigned area at the facility.

The position requires a GED/Diploma, with a BA/BS preferred, and 2+ years in logistics with leadership experience. Strong data skills, MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; BA/BS degree in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience (logistics/shipping/3PL) with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address performance/attendance.
• Lead pre-sort meetings, communicate daily goals and safety priorities, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Record and manage flow of volume from Linehauls and departures/arrivals.
• Execute safety training, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
