Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience with leadership.
• Ability to effectively evaluate and summarize data and present answers
• Proficient in MS Office and mathematics skills
• Strong communication skills including giving honest, constructive feedback
• Experience with hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and completing performance evaluations for employees

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area to ensure quality standards and safe operations.
• Monitor employee progress, provide ongoing feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address performance/attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings to inform daily goals and safety priorities and maintain open communication with staff.
• Record and manage departures/arrivals and flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Execute safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
