Job summary

OnTrac Logistics, Inc. seeks a HUB Area Manager to lead a team of Package Handlers at a facility in the United States. You will oversee sort activities, schedule staff, and drive improvements to operational efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics with demonstrated leadership, strong data-analysis abilities, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Ability to adapt to a 24/7 operation and work onsite is required.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics/shipping/3PL experience with leadership.
• Ability to evaluate data and present answers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Handlers in an assigned area.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and address performance and attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Record flow of volume from designated Linehauls and manage departures/arrivals.
• Perform safety training, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
