Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Branch Area Manager for our Hamilton Township, NJ facility. You will oversee sort activities, lead a team of Package Handlers, and drive improvements across your area, reporting to the facility Operations Manager.

Required are a GED/ Diploma and at least 2 years of logistics experience with leadership. Strong data analysis, MS Office skills, and effective communication are essential. This onsite role supports 24/7 operations and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; BA/BS degree in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to effectively evaluate and summarize data and present answers to questions.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area.
• Monitor employee progress and address performance/attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Record and manage the flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Execute administrative duties including safety training and end-of-shift reporting.
