Qualifications

• 5 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Must be very flexible with shift start times and days worked, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for assigned area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet facility goals.
• Identifies associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determines corrective actions.
• Monitors productivity and analyzes reports; assists in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Maintains quality and safety standards by ensuring training and policy compliance; distributes procedures.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and arranging training and hiring.
• Provides expert advice and guidance to align efforts with customer and business needs.
