Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership in industrial/warehouse setting.
• Experience providing high levels of customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting and reading P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and issues resolved.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and participate.
