Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at a Dallas area site. You will supervise associates, ensure safety and productivity, and represent Capstone with partners while training new hires.

The role emphasizes a strong focus on efficiency, customer service, and budget management, with opportunities to advance as Capstone grows. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience is preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package follows 30 days.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage budgets, read and interpret P&L statements, and prepare management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Operate site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and send to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and issues are resolved.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and encourage participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts per customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, closeouts, and payroll records per policy.
