You will oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, safety compliance, and budgeting while leveraging defined metrics to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of management in distribution/transportation.
• Experience supervising warehouse employees.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong budgeting and P&L familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing and staffing decisions for assigned location.
• Monitor safety and security, and enforce policies.
• Lead continuous process improvements and cost controls.
• Analyze and report on operational performance against goals.
