Job summary

Capstone, a North American supply chain solutions partner, seeks a General Manager in Conroe, TX to lead a facilities team and drive operations, staffing, budgeting, and performance. The role focuses on achieving goals and delivering service excellence in a dynamic environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 9 am start and occasional weekends based on business needs, with compensation around $95,000 plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Budget management and reading P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for the assigned area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Identify concerns of associates, customers, and suppliers and take corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports; assist in budgeting and deposits.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance; train staff on logistics and procedures.
• Supervise and develop staff; provide feedback and plan training and development.
• Provide guidance on best practices and align actions with customer and business needs.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements.
