Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization, prioritizing skills, and multi-tasking.
• Budget management, P&L familiarity, and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Supervise payroll data entry and daily cash closeout.
• Schedule shifts and interview/hire/train new associates.
• Ensure customer needs and issue resolution daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and manage budget impacts.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
