Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help drive the operational excellence plan by supervising a cross-dock shift and ensuring timely inbound/outbound freight flow. The role focuses on coordinating appointments, door assignments, and trailer movements while maintaining safety and data accuracy.

You will use RF tech, Excel, and ERP/MRP systems to design processes, plan workloads, and generate reports, ensuring deadlines with customers and club partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with RF technology and data entry systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: SAP, ERP/MRP, and WMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight flow and dock operations.
• Schedule appointments and door assignments.
• Manage trailer movements with Yard Management System.
• Ensure safety rules and report noncompliance.
• Monitor workload to align labor coverage.
• Support process design and reporting efficiency.
