Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters in Missouri is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to coordinate inbound and outbound material flows, plan driver pickups, pack and label orders, and maintain stock control in our facility.

You will operate forklifts, prepare BOL paperwork, ensure DOT compliance, maintain mileage logs and daily equipment inspections, and communicate shipment updates clearly with clients. This role requires meticulous record keeping and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound material flows.
• Plan and schedule local driver pickups based on accurate information.
• Pack, label, and validate outbound sales orders for shipment.
• Manage warehouse stock rotation and organization.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack for material handling.
• Prepare accurate BOL paperwork and maintain DOT compliance.
• Maintain detailed DOT mileage logs.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and keep equipment clean.
• Maintain professional communication with clients for shipment updates.
