Qualifications

• Customer service experience within logistics or planning.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and day-to-day reporting of customer orders.
• Build relationships with key customer contacts and understand daily business requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning for inbound and outbound operations.
• Process and manage customer orders through internal systems, including EDI feeds and manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed on time to meet KPI requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and help maintain inventory expectations.
• Complete weekly and monthly customer and carrier performance reports accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, operations teams, and stakeholders.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
