Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Coordinator – Logistics Operations to lead all operational activities within the distribution center.

You will supervise a team of 5+ and ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading of inbound trucks, and accurate receipt of inbound purchase orders and transfers. The role requires strong problem solving, analytical abilities, and proficiency with warehouse software and transportation systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver results, manage teams and drive improvements.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with software applications and transport systems.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5+ employees and coordinate workflow.
• Ensure safe, timely loading/unloading of inbound trucks and containers.
• Manage inbound PO receipts and transfers, including documentation.
• Coordinate outbound transfers labeling, shipment, and system updates.
• Monitor doors for unauthorized entry and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Assist with performance management and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
