Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents such as labels, bills of lading and commercial invoices.
• Monitor dashboards and investigate issues to keep data current.
• Communicate with buyers/customers regarding weights, dimensions and status.
• Schedule pickups with freight carriers and coordinate material movement.
• Escalate issues to leadership and participate in continuous improvement.
