Job summary

Assurant is seeking an on-site Order Management Specialist for our Irving, TX facility. You will troubleshoot insurance claims and other order types, using Oracle to modify and migrate orders to meet SLA targets, while coordinating with Materials, Operations and Fulfillment centers to ensure timely shipment.

Responsibilities include verifying order lines, generating daily reports, handling inquiries, and maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BS/BA in a technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of distribution and logistics background.
• MS Excel proficiency in order to manage large amount of data.
• MS Word proficiency in order to create basic documents and reports.
• Good communication skills to interact and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot insurance claims and identify enhancements to order management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administer/ensure proper order flow.
• Coordinate with Materials, Operations and Fulfillment centers to process orders and timely shipment within SLA.
• Use Oracle to modify, migrate and push orders to facilitate order flow.
• Verify order lines and prepare reports daily; manage shipments and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor and resolve order issues using available tools.
• Escalate and resolve stock-based claims with Purchasing to satisfy program requirements.
• Generate multiple reports to communicate priorities and urgency across departments.
• Communicate with Planning on device prioritization from Production lines.
• Create status, pending shipment, and SLA reports for stakeholders.
