Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to UPS, FedEx, contractors, installers, and Project Managers.
• Prepare shipping manifests and pick, check, and package customer orders.
• Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders and jobsite needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the shipping department.
• Resolve shipping related issues, including lost or damaged shipments, to ensure customer satisfaction.
