RXO is hiring an Associate Logistics Specialist for first shift in Southfield, MI. You will monitor pickups and deliveries, keep customers updated, and coordinate with drivers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires strong multitasking, excellent phone communication, and solid organizational skills. Ideal candidates manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and are familiar with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with high phone volume is a plus.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and attend to their needs.
• Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any issues with customers/drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
