Job summary

RXO is seeking an Associate Specialist, Logistics to deliver exceptional service to customers and drivers before, during, and after calls. The role involves monitoring pickups, handling driver and customer inquiries, and updating the dispatch system with accurate information.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and experience with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced transportation environment. Flexible overtime and high-volume calls are common.

• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needs.
• Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any issues with customers/drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
