Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, routing, transportation coordination, customer service, or related operational support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of local geography, road networks, and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography, and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and proactively address route exceptions, delays, or service disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize efficiency.
• Track, document, and resolve missed deliveries and delivery exceptions.
