Mattress Firm is hiring a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate daily delivery operations, optimize routes, and support dispatch activities. You will serve as a key link between warehouse operations, delivery teams, contractors, and customers to ensure timely delivery execution.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in logistics or dispatch, strong communication, and organizational skills. The role offers base pay with potential for bonuses and employee discounts on sleep products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity and demand.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route exceptions or delays.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routes to maximize efficiency.
• Track and resolve missed deliveries and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare delivery manifests and route documentation on time.
• Maintain records to support contractor settlements and performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes to drivers, contractors and teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies in daily operations.
• Complete required training and certifications on time.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service and transport teams.
