Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related area preferred.
• Administrative support, customer service or dock operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility reporting metrics daily and address issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate dispatch changes for IC/ISP and update Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance for equipment.
• Enter dispatch events into the online system to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
• Create and maintain files for drivers and equipment and compliance documents.
• Assist in corrective action plans from BCSA tests and audits.
• Organize and/or deliver driver training classes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
