Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily; investigate issues with BC/AO and correct inaccuracies.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment; enter dispatch events into the online system to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
• Communicate with BC/AOs, ICs, ISPs regarding load plan changes and operational scheduling.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance files and ensure DOT compliance for all drivers and equipment.
• Assist in corrective action plans from BCSA tests and support operational improvements.
