Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing & OS&D preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service and clerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones with high call volume and direct calls accurately.
• Check in drivers and enter delivery manifest data.
• Enter data into the dispatch system and imaging/scanning of documents.
• Coordinate delivery times and schedule appointments for freight delivery.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with company policies.
