Estes Express in Marshall, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support daily freight operations. You will answer high-volume calls, check in drivers, enter delivery manifests, and scan bills of lading into the dispatch system.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work under close instruction is expected, with opportunities to grow in a busy logistics

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Billing, collections, tracing & OS&D experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Transportation industry experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Answer high-volume calls with accuracy and direction.
• Check in drivers and coordinate delivery times.
• Enter delivery manifest data into the computer system.
• Scan and image bills of lading and other documents.
• Identify freight bills requiring special delivery instructions.
• Distribute bills of Lading as required.
