• Fluent Mandarin Chinese for communication with shipping partners.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in ERP and generate shipping documents.
• Coordinate ocean container schedules and daily orders.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales; handle returns and cancellations.
