Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to handle shipping documentation, BOLs, and customer notifications across multiple ERP systems. You will support the Logistics Supervisor by preparing reports, tracking inventory, and coordinating shipment priorities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in logistics, strong experience with ERP systems, and Excellent English communication. This is an on-site role in New Jersey with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems and customer portals preferred.
• Strong English communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and verify finished goods shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure COAs are completed before shipment release.
• Prepare and distribute customer notifications regarding receipts and inventory.
• Monitor shipments in portals and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
