Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in US warehouse operations (3+ years leading a team a plus).
• Experience in logistics management within e-commerce or fashion industry preferred.
• Familiarity with US logistics providers and local labor market.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of warehouse construction and expansion projects in the US.
• Collaborate with the China team on pre-opening work in the local area.

Shift hours: 7:00 PM-3:30 AM or 1:00 PM-9:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our New Jersey warehouse. You will be responsible for the execution and implementation of warehouse construction and expansion projects, building and leading the warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations, and managing logistics-related issues. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as you will be the bridge between our US and China teams.

Responsibilities
