Job summary

JD Logistics US is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Perth Amboy, NJ. The role requires Mandarin bilingual capabilities and leadership of a warehouse team to meet client SLAs and optimize workflows.

You will design workflows, supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, and KPI performance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, 5+ years in 3PL or warehouse ops, and hands-on experience with WMS/OMS systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs.
• Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize warehouse workflows and KPI targets.
• Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and staffing.
• Implement SOPs to improve quality and reduce errors.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and QC.
• Supervise receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Act as main liaison for client operations teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights.
