Wonderful Citrus in New Jersey seeks an administrative shipping clerk to sign in/out truck drivers, prepare paperwork, and coordinate shipping with sales and production. You will generate daily/weekly shipping reports for management, maintain filing systems, and back up pallet tag operations.

The role requires basic computer skills, bilingual English/Spanish desirable, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and two years administrative experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.
• Flexible availability for varying shifts, weekends and overtime.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret business materials and write reports.
• Ability to present information to groups when needed.
• Proficient math skills for fractions, percentages and ratios.

Aufgaben

• Types manifest, export papers and bills of lading accurately and promptly.
• Schedules appointments with truck drivers to pick up orders.
• Files and recalls materials in a standard filing system.
• May perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Back up pallet tag operator when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
