Job summary

Smart Supply Chain Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse coordinator to handle one-off consignment orders, printing labels, order picking, verification and shipment.

You will coordinate courier pickups, resolve order abnormalities, and work closely with the on-site warehouse team. Basic Excel skills and bilingual English/Chinese are required, with 3PL experience preferred and legal US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and order fulfillment.

• 3PL warehouse experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle one-off consignment orders and related operations.
• Print labels, arrange order picking, verification and shipment.
• Coordinate and schedule the pickup by the courier company.
• Handle order abnormalities and complete the work report.
• Communicate and coordinate with the on-site warehouse team to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Basic communication in both Chinese and English is smooth.
• Familiar with computers and basic Excel operations.
• Diligent and responsible in work.
• Those with 3PL warehouse experience are preferred.
• Must have a legal working status or work authorization in the United States.
